Sponsorship

Please fill out the form below so that we’ll know what information to put on your tee box sponsorship sign (if applicable) for the 2022 Leroy Rogers Memorial Golf Tournament.  There are 3 sections to the form.  You only need to fill out the section that pertains to your type of sponsorship.  When you’re finished, please scroll to the bottom right of the form and click on the “Submit Sponsorship Now” button.  After clicking on the “Submit Sponsorship Now” button, you’ll be redirected to PayPal where you can pay your balance online with a debit or credit card via PayPal’s payment portal.

NOTE:  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay online.  Just select the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option instead of logging in with your PayPal account information.  Your sponsorship will not be accepted unless you complete the payment process.
